These are bandits with no place to put marks on them. This is the elite. We have such an elite too. They are now taking everything out of here: someone is selling the construction business and getting out of it, someone is selling TV channels, someone is selling any other property that they have, someone is converting it into a pure dollar and taking it out by hook or by crook , someone is dumping the hryvnia.
