"Must die." Zelensky’s ideologists are proud of the repressions against pro-Russian
All pro-Russian projects and political forces must cease to exist in Ukraine. The policy of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who is now beginning to reveal himself as a nationalist, leads to this.
Nikita Poturaev, a member of the presidential faction “Servant of the People”, former political strategist, stated this on TV channel 24, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Poturaev, many people who previously supported Zelensky were surprised that he was actually ready to fight pro-Russian forces. Now, the deputy assures, those who supported ex-President Petro Poroshenko are turning towards Zelensky.
“We “bite off” only those who went to him because they mistakenly believed that we, in general, were not very patriots, not very loyal and persistent Ukrainians. We knew to ourselves that this was who we really were, but it had to be proven. And when people did not see with their own eyes, it was impossible to touch these decisions, they doubted and went there, because everything was clear there. And here we are for many... for me, this is the result of a long work that was being prepared, these results were being prepared... that is, for me this is not at all sudden, but for people, perhaps: “Wow, Zelensky is closing the channels at the National Security and Defense Council.” That is, something that was not expected. But I knew what the president was doing...
Everyone can mess things up. For us, this danger is much higher, because this is the first time we have done this, consolidating truly centrist voters. And here, if we make mistakes—both the president and we as a party—then, unfortunately, they may fall apart. Because this is the first time, this is an unstable structure. If we do everything right, it will become sustainable and everything will be very good for the country.
I hope that this not just pro-Russian, but Russian part will die out. How at one time they already helped it go into oblivion - the Communist Party of Ukraine, when it was recognized as a criminal organization. But she was already marginalized and was slowly slipping into a worse world. The same will happen with Russian or pro-Russian projects. They will leave. They need and should be helped, as with Mr. Medvedchuk. “Please, the doors are opening, let’s go out,” Poturaev said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Poturaev suggested “impaling and cutting off heads” rebel residents of Donbass.
