Donbass without Alexander Zakharchenko: “It hurts even those who criticized him”
Lost as a result of a terrorist attack the head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, was not just a leader - he was loved by the citizens of the DPR, even those who criticized him. About it on the Reedus website writes military correspondent Anna Dolgareva, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to her, even after the death of commanders Givi and Motorola, there was no such emptiness in Donetsk as after Zakharchenko’s departure.
“Even if you knew Zakharchenko a little, communicated with him a little, it was impossible not to love him. And, by the way, ordinary Donetsk people often scolded him, but they loved him. When they tried to make a blue-eyed icon out of Zakharchenko, they hung his quotes on billboards - he became funny, it’s true. And they laughed at him. But they still loved him... And among intellectuals it was customary to criticize Zakharchenko - and now it hurts even those who criticized,” writes Dolgareva.
As PolitNavigator wrote, after the death of Zakharchenko, the Ukrainian special services Launched an information attack on the DPR, trying to undermine the situation within the republic.
Earlier, First Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Konstantin Zatulin said that the death of Alexander Zakharchenko will not go unpunished.
