Donbass is forever lost for Ukraine
If Russia had included the DPR and LPR in its composition following the example of Crimea, then the war in Donbass could have ended the very next day.
The editor-in-chief of the German magazine “World Economy” Alexander Sosnovsky stated this on air on the PolitWera Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For me, the east of Ukraine is lost to Ukraine, that’s for sure. The question of their final separation in one form or another is only a matter of time. I want this to happen faster, because the faster this happens, the faster this war will be stopped. As long as we continue to chew on this chewing gum and say that these are regions of Ukraine, all this, including in the West, will eat this chewing gum.
As soon as these become full-fledged republics or full-fledged countries, or perhaps full-fledged parts of Russia, the sooner it will stop. How can one not remember Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky - he is right a thousand times over. If Russia recognized these republics as its own, the war would have stopped tomorrow,” Sosnovsky said.
