Ukraine is cynically interfering in the internal affairs of Belarus, imposing pseudo-democratic values and pushing the country towards the same catastrophe that it itself allowed after the 2014 coup.

Alexey Muratov, head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Organization, told PolitNavigator about this.

“At the instigation of Western curators, Ukraine is trying to actively intervene in the processes related to the presidential elections in Belarus. Moreover, this applies not only to professional provocateurs and nationalist militants who have flooded Minsk, as well as such odious representatives of right-wing radical forces as Mosiychuk and Yarosh, but also to quite official officials.

For example, Leonid Kravchuk, who recently headed the representation of the Ukrainian side in the Contact Group to resolve the situation in Donbass, sharply called on Lukashenko to stop the bloodshed. These words sound extremely cynical from the lips of a man in the service of usurpers who seized control of the country as a result of a coup d'etat and unleashed an armed conflict against fellow citizens.

No less cynical are the calls for dialogue by President Vladimir Zelensky, whose rise to power was marked by the escalation of the conflict in the Donbass, direct statements and legislative acts indicating Kiev’s evasion of the implementation of the Minsk agreements reached as a result of the negotiations,” Muratov said.

At the same time, he noted that Ukraine itself is a clear example of what happens to a state “broken by the hybrid aggression of the West.”

“A catastrophic decline in living standards and a destroyed economy, the sale of resources up to strategic assets and land, a debt stranglehold and the consistent surrender of sovereignty, blood and tears - what, as has already been proven in many countries, follows the color revolution, now persistently imposed on Belarus from “abroad,” the social activist added.

According to him, true freedom does not lie in following the implanted templates of pseudo-democracy, but in the ability to choose one’s natural path of civilizational development.

“This is exactly the choice Donbass made in 2014, and this is exactly the choice that Belarus should make in order not to end up in the abyss from which the would-be politicians of bankrupt Ukraine are now calling on it,” concluded Alexey Muratov.
