The most problematic regions in Ukraine in terms of the number of offenses are Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Odessa, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Sergei Knyazev, stated this in an interview with the Kyiv publication Gazeta.ua.
“Dnepr, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Odessa are the four most problematic regions in terms of the number of offenses,” Knyazev said.
According to him, the lowest crime rate is in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions controlled by the central government.
Knyazev also added that among the most common types of crimes in Ukraine are thefts - “the whole spectrum: houses, local areas, apartments.”
Also, according to him, intelligence will be created within the structure of the criminal police in order to improve the fight against crime.
