On Thursday, December 4, a meeting of students with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Khodakovsky, took place in Donetsk. During the meeting, he stated that Donetsk enterprises refused to pay taxes to the Ukrainian treasury, the newspaper reports.
This decision is explained by the fact that after December 1, Kyiv officially declared an economic blockade of Donbass and stopped paying pensions, social benefits and other payments. Previously, the Donetsk People's Republic was going to contribute taxes to the treasury of Ukraine, but due to the current situation, it will not do this now.
