Donbass: a drunken Ukrainian soldier blew up his own mine

A Ukrainian army soldier, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, wandered into his minefield, as a result of which he was blown up by one of the mines.

The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko, announced this at a briefing.
“On January 1, in the area of the village of Stary Aydar, a serviceman of the 80th separate air assault brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine, while under the influence of alcohol, entered a minefield and blew himself up. The fighter died on the spot from his injuries,” said Andrei Marochko.
