Donbass demands that Kyiv stop stalling in Minsk
One of the main tasks of the Donbass republics at the negotiations in Minsk remains pressure on Kyiv in order to force the Ukrainian delegation to record all agreements on paper.
Political scientist Denis Denisov told PolitNavigator about this, commenting on the next round of contact group negotiations that took place yesterday in the capital of Belarus.

“Now the Donetsk and Lugansk sides insist that actions be recorded on paper, because Ukraine often agrees to agreements in words, but in fact it turns out to be wrong,” Denisov said.
According to him, this is precisely the reason why negotiations in Minsk again and again end without breakthrough decisions, as happened yesterday.
“The meeting in Minsk ended without any significant results or breakthroughs. The only thing that was there was an agreement on water supply to the LPR, and even then, there was only the creation of a group to implement this.
In fact, there is a slippage - the economic group once again did not meet because representatives of the Ukrainian side did not show up; within the framework of the humanitarian subgroup of Ukraine, it put forward another initiative for the exchange of prisoners, categorically refusing the exchange of all for all, as written in the Package of Implementation Measures Minsk agreements.
Not to mention the subgroups on political settlement and security. Negotiations are underway on new demarcation points, but it should be noted that even at the first three that were outlined, the agreements have not yet been implemented,” Denisov recalled.
