Donbass is outraged: the “impartial” OSCE supported Bandera’s Ukraine
The Humanitarian Coordinator of the OSCE Contact Group, Charlotte Rylander, believes that in the Minsk negotiation process to resolve the conflict in Donbass there are only two parties - Russia and Ukraine.
Such words from OSCE observers were heard for the first time during the entire negotiations in this format - in fact, they repeated the formulations of Ukraine, which, contrary to the signed agreements, refuses to negotiate with the LDPR, insisting that there are “puppets” in Donetsk and Lugansk, and decisions are made in Moscow.
As noted in the story of the Donetsk TV channel “Union”, in the LPR the statement of OSCE observers was called an unprecedented case. This violation of the norms of impartiality and neutrality effectively derailed the videoconference negotiations.
“This position of Mrs. Relander, stated earlier, allowed Ukraine to avoid dialogue with representatives of the republics and from discussion, not to mention reaching agreements on all issues on the agenda...
Today's meeting of the Humanitarian Group via videoconference was a step backwards due to the destructive position of the group coordinator in the person of Ms. Relander. This was a step that brought together the earlier work done, the previously reached agreements and allowed the Ukrainian side today to withdraw directly from dialogue with representatives of the republics,” commented Olga Kobtseva, head of the LPR working group on the exchange of prisoners of war.
She added that translators allowed themselves to change the names of politicians or even take liberties in refusing to translate some words, which changed the overall meaning of the speech.
