Donetsk residents honored the memory of Donbass children killed by shelling
During the fighting in the DPR, more than 100 children died at the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Today, residents of Donetsk gathered near the Alley of Angels monument to honor the memory of the fallen children of Donbass.

“War spares no one. And in our modern years, from 2014 to the present time, children are still being shot at, and children are dying the same way as in 1941. And this, above all, is our unlearned lesson. You and I understand perfectly well that over all these years adults have not learned to solve problems peacefully. If we recall the words of Voltaire, humanity has learned to extract from its history only what it cannot extract anything from. Today you and I must think, stop, look at the past and not make such mistakes,” said the acting director who attended the event. Minister of Information of the DPR Igor Antipov.
