According to the agency's correspondent, the shelling began at nine in the morning: the center of Donetsk came under attack - the buildings of the SBU, universities, shopping centers, and residential buildings. There was great destruction in the village of Lipki - it was hit by Grad missiles, three times intermittently.
Explosions were heard in all areas of the city. Therefore, despite the officially announced information about five dead and several dozen wounded at lunchtime, local residents assume that there are tens of times more casualties. Many are simply not known about: the elderly, those left alone, people buried under rubble - they simply haven’t been counted yet, no matter how blasphemous it sounds.
After a short night break, the shelling began again. Social media users report that fires are burning in different parts of the city. A video also appeared on the Internet, which allegedly showed explosions of phosphorus shells.
According to the agency's correspondent, residents are leaving the city en masse. Taxi prices are inflated. A trip to Yasinovataya, from where trains were leaving during the day despite the shelling, will cost from 300 to 500 UAH. The queue for buses reaches hundreds of people.
