Donetsk is ready for truce negotiations, but Kyiv has not yet gathered its courage
Donetsk, December 08 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Vice Speaker of the People’s Council of the DPR, permanent plenipotentiary representative at the Minsk negotiations Denis Pushilin said that negotiations on a truce could begin at any time.

According to him, negotiations could begin even today, but everything depends “on the Kyiv side, which is working through the points” of the Minsk agreements.
At the same time, Pushilin emphasized that December 9 has been declared a day of silence, but this has nothing to do with the fact that this day was previously called the indicative day of negotiations.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier in Kyiv they said that the Minsk meeting to resolve the situation in Donbass would be held on December 9, the militias proposed holding the meeting on December 12. At the last meeting in September, the parties agreed on a truce, but it was repeatedly violated, according to statements from all parties to the conflict.
