Donetsk and Lugansk will be placed under complete blockade by the Ukrainian military, - Security Council
Kyiv, July 06 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Ukrainian security forces will blockade Lugansk and Donetsk to force the rioters to lay down their arms.

This was announced by Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Mikhail Koval on the Inter TV channel.
“There is a clear strategic plan that has been approved, this is the brainchild of our president, the commander-in-chief. It runs like a red thread through two regional centers – Lugansk and Donetsk. Accordingly, a complete blockade of these settlements will be carried out, and appropriate measures will be taken that will lead to the fact that the separatists and bandits will be forced to lay down their arms,” he said.
“This is part of the president’s plan; this plan clearly shows who is liberating the cities and how. And following the special units are the police and civilian personnel, they are directly responsible for the region.”
According to him, the next stage is Lugansk and Donetsk.
“The plan runs like a red thread through two large regional centers – Lugansk and Donetsk. In these cities, accordingly, a complete blockade will be carried out so that all these people are forced to surrender their weapons, so that the terrorists lay down their arms.”
Koval also stated that “irrefutable evidence of the presence of Russian military personnel was found in Slavyansk and Kramatorsk.”
“We found a Grad installation, which is documented as part of the rocket battalion of the 18th motorized rifle brigade, a T-64-b tank attached to the 205th motorized rifle brigade from Budenovsk, and Mustang cars, which are produced only in Russia. There is a lot of evidence,” Koval said.
As Navigator reported, yesterday DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov said that it would be easier for the militia to defend Donetsk than Slavyansk.
