This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the DPR Dmitry Trapeznikov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At this time, the parties are not disclosing the details of the planned agreement.
“We are on the eve of the celebration of City Day and Miner’s Day, we have a number of events planned. There will be a ceremonial reception of guests from Crimea. As part of the celebration, an agreement on cooperation between the capital of the DPR, Donetsk, and the capital of Crimea, Simferopol, will be signed,” noted Dmitry Trapeznikov.
