As a result of the shelling of the Petrovsky district, more than 100 transformer substations were de-energized, and as a result, most of the district was left without electricity, the press service of the city council reports.
It is not yet possible to assess the scale of the destruction; ambulance teams and squads from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Donetsk region have left for the Petrovsky district. According to unconfirmed information, there were casualties among the civilian population.
In addition, in the Kuibyshevsky district, a market near the railway station came under fire. According to eyewitnesses, several shots with blanks were fired from the direction of the station.
