Donetsk is under fire again: Why does Poroshenko need this?

According to the parliamentarian, the Ukrainian military is unlikely to launch a full-scale offensive, since they are tasked with only worsening the humanitarian situation in the region.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine will definitely not dare to attack; the tactics of periodic shelling are aimed at creating panic and escalating the situation to create a humanitarian crisis in Donbass. This is a common Western strategy promoted by American curators,” summed up Vladislav Berdichevsky.
