Here a meeting of medical students and interesting guests took place, including Alexander Khodakovsky, as well as the Minister of Education of the DPR Igor Kostenok.
The head of the Security Council is a personality who has already become legendary and always arouses keen interest. Therefore, today almost the entire student body was in the hall: the room was filled to capacity, and many even stood in the aisles. During his speech, Khodakovsky noted the importance of intensifying social movements: “In our time, not everyone fully understands the depth of the transformations and changes that have happened to our land and to us today.
In any case, you are all active participants in social processes, in any case, you are interested in everything that happens and you are not indifferent to what we are building. Why are we starting this two-way dialogue, why do we want to create some kind of work platforms - in order to intensify both the social movement and public opinion. First of all, to ensure that there are no stagnant processes.
During the period while the fighting was going on, we felt, literally physically, that public activity had decreased by an order of magnitude. What we had at the beginning of summer, in spring, has practically stopped today. Everyone froze in anticipation of what they would build for you or what they would present to you in the form of products. We are absolutely not satisfied with this situation, this situation.”
Speaking about systemic changes in society, Alexander Khodakovsky emphasized: “Without planning it ourselves, we have made very serious changes in our society. What the Maidan tried to achieve in Kyiv, we realized in passing. We dealt with the war, we responded to some pressure from outside, and along the way we solved a number of quite important problems. Firstly, one of the painful ones: Donbass was divided among themselves by families and oligarchs, who, before the start of these processes, were in charge of all issues and affairs and completely shaped the entire life of the region. We will not allow the return of the old system, because those dead who currently lie in the ground will not forgive us for this.”
In general, the format of the meeting was quite informal: students asked questions to both Khodakovsky and Kostenok, and this communication looked like a full-fledged dialogue, which was interesting to everyone present.
