According to the press service of the DPR, the council included “the head of the Ministry of Defense of the DPR Strelkov I.I.; Head of the DPR Security Service A.S. Khodokovsky; Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR Kovalchuk O.A.; Speaker of the Supreme Council of the DPR Pushilin D.V.”

Let us remind you that yesterday the People's Council of the DPR, at a closed meeting, approved the composition of the new Supreme Council of 150 people. In addition, the draft Constitution of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” was approved.

According to Denis Pushilin, the region is “in a state of civil war.”
