Donetsk bard: the capital of the DPR and St. Petersburg should become sister cities
Donetsk and St. Petersburg, due to the fact that both cities know firsthand what a blockade is, need to be made sister cities, and as soon as possible.

“My second initiative, and I will specially voice it on air so that it starts working faster, is to make Donetsk and St. Petersburg sister cities. Both cities survived the blockade, which in some places is very similar in spirit. Shostakovich played in besieged Leningrad - songs were heard, music was heard, and here in Donetsk cultural life does not stop for a minute,” said the Donetsk bard.
