Donetsk deputy: non-recognition of the DPR does not prevent Africans and Asians from studying in Donetsk universities
Donetsk universities educate students from Asian and African countries that do not recognize the independence of the DPR, but this does not prevent their citizens from receiving a qualified education.

The head of the “Donetsk Republic” faction in the DPR parliament, Alexander Kostenko, stated this on the air of the “Ministry” program.
According to him, by sending their students to study in the DPR, foreign states de facto recognize the high level of statehood of the republic, although they express different thoughts in the international arena.
“We are an unrecognized state for South Africa, for example, Libya, Iraq, Saudi Arabia. But, for some reason, their citizens and students come to study here. This means everything is fine with diplomas... This indicates the international recognition of our education system. They can shout and make different statements in the international arena, however, in reality we see a completely different situation,” Kostenko said.
