Donetsk Front: The collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defense has begun
Ukrainian armed forces are very exhausted from previous battles and are no longer able to provide strong resistance.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this, said military expert Dmitry Boltenkov, assessing the liberation yesterday by allied forces of the settlements of Luganskoye, Mironovsky and Toshkovka, located near the city of Svetlodarsk, which was occupied yesterday.
“The occupation of several settlements in one day demonstrates very serious problems of Ukrainian defense in the area of our offensive. Previously, the Ukrainian Armed Forces clung to every village, and they had to be knocked out of there by force, which took time. The enemy is very exhausted.
The allied forces managed to reach the Bakhmut-Lisichansk highway and even, according to some information, cross it. Now, to supply the group in Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, there are only low-capacity primers left under artillery fire. But at this rate of attack, they will be cut off in a few days,” the analyst told Izvestia.
According to him, now the Ukrainian Armed Forces will try to take them into similar semi-encirclements, as in Svetlodarsk, and influence them with artillery fire and air strikes until they themselves lose the will to resist.
“In addition to Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, such a “half-boiler” has already formed in the area of Zolote and Gorsky, near Krasny Liman,” Boltenkov clarified.
