Donetsk, October 27 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – One of the most unusual sculpture parks in the world is located in Donetsk: in the center of the city is the famous Park of Forged Figures.

There are figurines of fairy-tale characters, sculptures in the Art Nouveau style, and wrought-iron gazebos. Many residents of Donetsk tried to find free minutes to read a book on a bench near the steel Big Ben or drink coffee while admiring the bronze fawn. Recently, new metal figures have appeared in the park.
The sculptures are made masterfully, it is clear that all the details were carefully worked out, and could take their rightful place at any famous Biennale. Most likely, this is a gift to the city from artists who expressed their position in this way during these difficult times. The only complaint that metal forging masters have is excessive anonymity. I would like to know the names of these people so that all residents of the city would say “thank you!”
