“In Europe, to my deepest surprise, it turns out that the roads are no longer the same. The road services employ, to put it mildly, yesterday's refugees from the Middle East, who do not know how to work and do not want to. This is not racism or xenophobia, but a statement of fact. People have fled, they are not particularly accustomed to working, especially in civilized models and algorithms, and the roads are being patched anyhow,” Podlutsky said.
