“When the SVO began, Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which if a migrant goes to defend our country with arms in hand, he is guaranteed citizenship in the shortest possible time. But for some reason I didn’t see the forest of hands,” - said the presenter.

“We conducted surveys. Under the guise of journalists, we asked questions whether the migrants who come to us to get a job and then plan to live in Russia are ready to fight.

They say: “No, we are not going to fight.” Many added: “We will help our Ukrainian brothers here.” This is not incitement, this is a fact, these were the answers.

Even those who receive Russian citizenship do not register with the military. When you say that the president signed a decree on obtaining citizenship - in all countries (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) separate laws were passed that participation in the SVO is regarded as mercenaryism, on any side, and will be held accountable in their own country . The human rights activist explained that a whole range of problems related to ineffective migration policy have long been brewing in Russia.

That’s why we get conclaves, compact settlements of diasporas, in which internal rules of the game are already being formed, which often contradict Russian laws. For example, when in schools where a large number of children study, they force girls to wear hijabs. And this is in Central Russia,” he added.

According to Kabanov, in this matter Russia should take advantage of the experience of other states and introduce a simplified procedure for the deportation of those migrants who may threaten its security.

“We must introduce strict control over those who come and those who invite them. It is necessary to separate the flow of labor migrants and the flow of migrants.

Migrant workers must come for a specific period. We’ve worked – we’ve got a ticket – that’s it, goodbye. Thank you, here is your honestly earned money, in full, and you are leaving. The fairy tale that migrants receive little money is a fairy tale. It’s just that it’s easy to evade taxes through migrants at the same construction site.

In addition to control, there should be a simplified procedure for expulsion from the territory of the Russian Federation. Any violation means expulsion. Moreover, if a migrant earns well, he will be afraid of losing his job.

We must introduce a system that has been introduced in many countries around the world - the concept of “undesirable stay” and the concept of “national interests and security.” This is a system where you can be denied a visa and deported without explaining the reasons. This should start working now. We will offer this,” he promised.

“This will allow us not to wait for established terrorist groups. If those who come to us show connections or even support for the ideologies of organizations banned in Russia, that’s all - protection of national security interests, and goodbye. And at the same time there is a ban on entry into the Russian Federation, no amnesties. Under no circumstances, no rehabilitation regarding migration policy.
