Drozdov sounds the alarm: The desacralization of Bandera’s heroes has begun in Ukraine
Statements by law enforcement officers about the participation of “veterans of the Maidan and the ATO” in a number of high-profile crimes recently are evidence that the “growing desacralization” of Bandera’s heroes has begun in Ukraine.
The odious Lvov neo-Nazi TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on the YouTube channel “UMN,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The war of stereotypes, with purely Russian things, is the correct hybrid approach, when part of the population, and we understand that part of our population is tired, does not want to fight, such stereotyping is aimed at such a part of the population, which is a significant part, in our country.
What I see is not only about the Sheremet case, but also about all the murder charges against ATO officers. Have you noticed that over the past three months, the main defendants in all the most pressing and cynical cases have been ATO members and war participants? In fact, there is a creeping and purposeful desacralization of the images of heroes. Unfortunately, the entire ATO environment gives reasons,” said the Bandera member.
“The entire patriotic, militarized Ukrainian environment has approached the issue of blurring. Sometimes I don’t like what Marusya St. John’s Wort says. If there is a sacred image of a person or a soldier, then please carry this burden.
This is an internal problem of the Ukrainian environment, because we often give reasons for such desacralization,” Drozdov admitted.
