This means that in the event of a traditional war there will be a lot of casualties on both sides. That's why the US wants to cut off power to China. That is, disconnect him from all the achievements of world civilization that he uses. This includes the Internet, technology, and various formats of global trade. In reality, this may not work. But the United States is primarily seeking internal destabilization of China and an internal uprising,” the expert believes.
He believes China will find a way to respond.
“This could be the creation of a sovereign Internet, its division into two circuits - the circuit of supporters and the circuit of opponents of the United States. This is the introduction of your own cyber currency, your own trading rules. That is, essentially the same situation will arise as was in the world during the Cold War. Now the US is behaving like an aggressor. Not a single organization in which China participates, such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization or BRICS, declares the need to confront the United States,” Maslov added.
