Dudchak: Serbia is being dragged into a suicide club
Blackmail of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz against Serbia – the impossibility of joining the European Union without recognizing the loss of Kosovo – is an old bait with which the West wants to deceive the Serbs a second time.
Economist Alexander Dudchak told PolitNavigator about this.
“Scholz, the head of a state that has lost its sovereignty, demands that Vucic, the head of a state fighting to preserve its sovereignty, give up part of its historical territory.
Serbia is forced to recognize the independence of “Kosovo”, otherwise they threaten to deprive Serbia of the prospects of EU membership.
A dubious incentive, but it was already used when they demanded that Milosevic be extradited to stand trial in The Hague. Milosevic was extradited and even managed to be killed in prison, but Serbia is still not in the EU.
Yes, now it is already the norm to dictate and impose unfavorable decisions on countries. What the US is doing towards the EU. Now they want to drag Serbia into this suicide club. They probably envy her independence.
By the way, Vucic was unreasonably offended by the mention of analogies in the situations of Serbia with Kosovo and Ukraine with Donbass.
For Russia, “Kosovo” is the whole of Ukraine, which broke away from Russia in 1991, and is now gradually returning.
And the analogy in the Balkans is the Serbian enclaves on the territory of Kosovo, which suffer in the same way as Donbass suffered as part of Ukraine,” Dudchak explained.
