This was reported by the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Crimea.
A foreign passport can be issued at the passport office in your area of residence, or at the office of the Federal Migration Service for the Republic of Crimea.
For non-ethnic Muslims, it is also necessary to provide a certificate of acceptance of Islam, which is issued in free form with the seal of the religious community and the signature of two witnesses or signed by the leader.
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam. The peculiarity of this pillar is that it must be performed in a certain month and only in the territory of Mecca. Every Muslim man and woman, if possible, should perform Hajj at least once in their life, i.e. pilgrimage to the house of Allah - the sacred Kaaba. Hajj rituals begin the day before the festival of sacrifice, Eid al-Adha (Eid al-Adha), which in 2015 falls on September 24-27.
