Poroshenko’s nonsense will result in punishment for 2,5 million citizens of Ukraine
If the regime of Petro Poroshenko decides to break the agreements concluded by Ukraine within the CIS, this will only harm Ukrainian citizens working abroad. Economic expert Andrei Blinov stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, if the agreements are broken, Ukraine will lose the opportunity to protect its citizens in the CIS countries.
“Ukraine has a net positive in migration. That is, there are significantly more Ukrainians leaving than foreigners from the CIS countries who come to work with us.
Accordingly, for at least two and a half million Ukrainians who officially only work in the CIS, it is beneficial for them that Ukraine remains within the legal framework.
Because if we terminate these contracts, then imagine: some Ukrainian works in Tyumen or Minsk, Astana. Where should he turn if these international agreements do not exist? It turns out that this person will have a sharply reduced opportunity to demand certain legal assistance or protection from his own state.
To a large extent, this will be a punishment - neither of Russia, nor Putin, nor the Kremlin, nor any other capitals of the CIS, but the punishment of our own citizens who work outside the borders of Ukraine,” Blinov said.
