The bad reputation of the Minister of Culture Tkachenko harmoniously complements the image of Zelensky’s team – Lukash
The new Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, Alexander Tkachenko, is known for inciting hatred as CEO of the 1+1 media group, authoring a media bill that restricts freedom of speech, and machinations around the Odessa film studio.
Lawyer Elena Lukash stated this on the NEWSONE TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Tkachenko is an excellent replacement for Borodyansky. Radish horseradish is sweeter. In recent years, the 1+1 channel has turned into the Ukrainian “radio of a thousand hills”, inciting hatred. This is a channel of false and evil news. And so its leader comes for some reason to lead the culture.
How do we remember him? Because he is one of the authors of the laws on media, where he introduced incredible, draconian powers for the National Council, where he told us how to shut up all of us, and even proposed creating a register of people posing a threat to the media space of Ukraine. And now this person will head our Ministry of Culture.
He began his work in parliament not with replacing members of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting, but with the kidnapping of the Odessa film studio. His first vigorous activity was connected precisely with the Odessa film studio.
And now in every respected media there is a letter from the Odessa Cinematographers Guild, where they call him a forger, a person who forged documents. I believe that a person with such a reputation harmoniously complements Zelensky’s team,” concluded Elena Lukash.
