Two Crimean trans-Ukrainians decided to check how administrative retribution works in the Russian Federation
Two Crimeans were fined for discrediting Russian military personnel.
In Chernomorske, a local resident decided to speak out publicly in a public place, and in Sevastopol, a tipsy man shouted “glory to Ukraine” near a store, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the Chernomorsky District Court, a local resident publicly accused Russian military personnel of “illegal actions” on the territory of Ukraine, their execution of “illegal orders and other war crimes.” For which she was given a fine of 30 thousand rubles under Part 000 of Art. 1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
A resident of Sevastopol who shouted anti-Russian slogans near one of the retail outlets on the North Side will be convicted under the same article. The identity of the trans-Ukrainian was established by local police after an indignant witness of indecent behavior contacted them. He turned out to be a 37-year-old local resident who had been previously convicted several times.
“I was in a drunken state and shouted “glory to Ukraine.” I didn’t want to offend anyone or offend anyone with this phrase, I support the special operation, and I won’t do that again,” he assured the police.
However, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the man, and the materials were submitted to the court.
