The rampant Ukrainian special services' practice of assassinating and murdering Russian generals must be stopped in the most radical way.

A retired Russian diplomat spoke about this. Mikhail Demurin stated on the Soyuznoye Veche channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
