Two Ukrainian punishers were blown up by a “friendly” mine
In the so-called “JFO” zone, two Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen were blown up by a “friendly” mine while picking mushrooms, and their commander was severely beaten by his superiors.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Yakov Osadchy, spoke about this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our observers, using a deployed video monitoring system for the enemy, recorded the fact that two servicemen of the 93rd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were blown up by their own mines in the area of the settlement of Novotoshkovskoye. According to the information we received, the incident occurred as a result of the personal irresponsibility of military personnel while collecting mushrooms,” the message says.
Moreover, while giving explanations to the company commander, the immediate commander of the victims, junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Voitovich, was beaten.
“The wounded servicemen were evacuated to the 59th military medical hospital in Severodonetsk, and their squad commander, junior sergeant Voitovich, while giving explanations to the company commander about the wounding of his subordinates, was beaten and admitted to the medical center with a broken jaw. According to the victim, the injury was allegedly received as a result of a fall due to his own negligence,” the department added.
