Two oil and gas rigs in Ukraine sold to dubious Chinese businessmen at half price
Kyiv, November 26 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – The Ukrainian state sold a license for the use of two explored and working oil and gas fields in the Sumy and Poltava regions to two dubious Chinese businessmen for half the price.

Permission to extract oil and gas was competed between two companies, Avantazh Energo and SlobidNafta. Before the auction there was not a single mention of them. Both companies are owned by offshore structures with hidden owners.
The official director of Slobid Nafta is Ukrainian citizen Ruslan Marchenko. He directly states to the television camera that he should be considered not only the director, but also the owner of the company, while he cannot tell where, what and how the company did. The SlobidNafta office is located in one of the business centers of Kyiv, but it is constantly closed. Both companies were created a month before the auction.
The director of Avantage Energo is Natalya Grebenyuk, who also manages several financial and business structures. All organizations led by Natalya Grebenyuk are associated with the Chinese diaspora in Ukraine and two Chinese businessmen Jin Lin and Deng Xiaoxiu. They founded the Chinese Representation enterprise, the Ukrainian-Chinese Center organization, and own the Leningradsky shopping center. All these organizations are officially headed by Natalya Grebenyuk.
The telephone number of the largest company of Jin Lin and Deng Xiaoxiu, Kitpred, completely coincides with the telephone number of SlobidNafta LLC, which, together with Avantage Energo, won the second license for oil and gas production.
The Kitpred company and its Chinese founders Deng Xiaoxiu and Jin Lin are known for their large-scale investment programs in Ukraine, none of which, however, have been implemented.
Three years ago they promised to launch a potassium plant in Kalush, then build three mines in the Lviv region, then create a plant for the production of synthesis gas, and assemble Chinese cars. The potassium plant is in ruins, the mines are not running, and no synthesis gas is being produced. At the same time, Chinese “investors” who collaborated with Yuriy Boyko and Nikolai Zlochevsky continue to develop the Ukrainian market and deposits.
