Two of Bogdan’s deputies received reprimands because of Korban
Two deputy heads of the office of the President of Ukraine were brought to disciplinary liability, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The president’s website reports this with reference to the corresponding decree of Mr. Vladimir Zelensky.
The reason was the improper performance of duties during the visit of the President of Ukraine to the Dnipropetrovsk region.
“For improper performance of official duties, in particular, based on the results of the working trip of the President of Ukraine V. Zelensky to the Dnipropetrovsk region, to reprimand:
Trofimov Sergey Vladimirovich – First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
Tymoshenko Kirill Vladlenovich – Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine,” the document says.
Later, Bogdan’s deputy Kirill Timoshenko confirmed this information. “These were organizational issues during a trip to the Dnepropetrovsk region,” the official noted and added that details about the reasons for the reprimand are not public information and refused to voice them.
In turn, a number of Ukrainian media outlets wrote that the reason for the disciplinary action against two deputy heads of the Office of the President of Ukraine was most likely the appearance of Gennady Korban near Zelensky during the president’s visit to Dnepropetrovsk.
The former deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration during the time of Igor Kolomoisky, Gennady Korban, was not supposed to participate in the events planned as part of Zelensky’s last working visit to Dnipropetrovsk. Nevertheless, Korban, unexpectedly for many, gave Zelensky a tour of the newly opened park along the Victory Embankment.
