Kharkov, November 17 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Two employees of the Kachanovskaya correctional colony No. 54 were announced on suspicion of using force against Yulia Tymoshenko.

The indicated employees - deputy heads of the colony - are suspected of exceeding official authority, reported press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
“During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that these persons on the evening of April 20, 2012, in the absence of medical indications for emergency hospitalization, as well as under Art. 117 of the Criminal Executive Code of forced transportation to a medical institution, physical violence was illegally used against Tymoshenko,” the report says.
According to the results of a medical examination, the suspects inflicted minor injuries on Yulia Tymoshenko.
Let us recall that on April 24, 2012, the ex-prime minister’s defense attorney, Sergei Vlasenko, after visiting the ex-premier in the colony, stated that his client was beaten by employees of the institution on April 20. Tymoshenko herself announced the beating. The leadership of the Kachanovskaya colony, the prosecutor's office and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate denied these statements.
