Dzhangirov: The US is slyly persuading the EU to agree to sanctions against the Russian Federation
Washington threatens Moscow with sanctions, reassuring its European partners that there is no talk of energy.
Ukrainian columnist and political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov said this on the YouTube channel “Politwera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Bloomberg information appears that the United States is convincing its European partners that the sanctions that will be imposed in the event of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will not affect short-term energy supplies - “and your winter will be warm.”
Is that how it is? Indeed, energy resources are now a serious argument in Russia’s relations with the West, and not only with the West. But if we are to hit something, then it is clear that, most likely, it will be energy resources - “no, we will not hit energy resources,” Dzhangirov described the crafty position of the Americans.
