Dzhangirov: The US is sharply cutting spending on saving Ukraine and the Baltic states from “Russian aggression”
The United States allocates such meager sums to support Ukraine against the alleged Russian aggression that it is clear to everyone: no one believes in any Russian aggression.
Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this in a conversation on Ukrlife.TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In most European countries, the meaning of their military-industrial complex and the Armed Forces, their importance, is falling sharply. I understand that this will surprise many - but what about containing Russia? I’ll tell you a really scary version - in all seriousness, no one believes in it.
No, when budget money is needed, they even provide incentives that “here, they will seize the Suwalki Passage, cut off the poor Baltic states, and we will cry for them, they will cry for us.” But in reality, everyone understands that if the States are adjusting to China, they are creating their own new NATO there, then these European ones... Well, of course, they are told that “they must restrain, they must.” But everyone understands that there is no need to hold back too much.
Americans as a whole are, of course, corrupt, but some people know how to count. So, they allocated money to support Ukraine in this famous new budget, which did not include sanctions against Russia; support for Ukraine was raised from 250 to 300 million.
But they didn’t raise it for Taiwan, so they left 7 billion. For this year. That's where the threat is - 300 million, that's not 7 billion. At the same time, they say that in the Middle Kingdom they laughed and clarified - exactly 7, not 77? And they want to use seven billion to stop, so to speak, the evil dragon taking off?” Dmitry Dzhangirov concluded.
