The Ukrainian military can receive payment for American Javelina complexes using a PrivatBank card. The sale may be framed as successful combat use. The DPR military is buying small arms, artillery and tanks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. 70% of Ukrainian equipment in the Gorlovka direction is in a state of scrap metal.

About how Ukraine shot down a Boeing, how Ukrainian generals are “cutting up” American money, and that all the hopes of the Kiev regime are only on “NATO peacekeepers” introduced under the pretext of a humanitarian catastrophe, to a PolitNavigator observer Valentin Filippov said a DPR soldier Anatoly Gelyukh.

Valentin Filippov: Anatoly, hello. Glad to see you.

Anatoly Gelyukh: Hello.

Valentin Filippov: Our editorial office receives many letters, requests, questions, including from the territory of Ukraine, including from the armed forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian military personnel are interested in whether it is possible to send Javelins by Nova Poshta, and whether it is possible to receive payment on a Privatbank card?

Anatoly Gelyukh: Regarding the Privatbank card. In general, in principle, any convenient means of payment. We live in a civilized world. We have the opportunity to pay for the services of our Ukrainian partners using a Privatbank card, among other things. No problem at all.

Well, about sending the Javelins themselves. There is no need to send them anywhere. Everything can be discussed in advance with the seller on mutually convenient terms.

In fact, it’s no secret that our cooperation is in full swing... Deka has Ukrainian sniper systems, and more than one already. We have Ukrainian armored vehicles in service, including those sold by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. No problem. And you don't have to go anywhere.

Moreover, we must take advantage of the conditions that currently exist. While there is an aggravation, while all this can be attributed to combat. It will be necessary, we will drive out some rusty tank somewhere, it will accidentally burn out. And then Javelin can be attributed to the fact that heroically, using the funds transferred to Ukraine by their partners, they will say: “we won there.” They'll even give you some kind of medal. Then they will live richly in Europe.

Valentin Filippov: For some reason this Boeing commission came up with this story about how a division was coming from Kursk. He was photographed, and a whole animated film was made on this topic.

But, if tanks are sold so easily, wouldn’t it be logical, if there was such an idea, to buy a Buk from the Ukrainian army, and that’s all. And you don't have to go that far.

Anatoly Gelyukh: The story went something like this. At first they stated that this Boeing was shot down, allegedly, by us, allegedly by our Buk, and they, supposedly, did not have Buk. This was stated by the top officials of Ukraine while in Europe. In particular, Rabbit Senya spoke about this, if I’m not mistaken.

Valentin Filippov: Yes Yes Yes.

Anatoly Gelyukh: That Ukraine does not have Bukovs. And now one regimental priest... They have a new topic there now - regimental priests, moreover, of the Greek Catholic Church, sectarians. But that’s not the point. The point is that this priest took photographs and filmed material that shows a Ukrainian unit located in the ATO zone, with fully equipped Buks. There is a missile complex, a radar complex.

He photographed, filmed and posted all this on the Internet. He was there for some money, begging and asking. And for this reason I realized that they have Buki. After this, Ukraine generally keeps silent about this topic. They hid these Buks back, but everyone knows that they have them. It's no longer a secret.

The Ukrainian side shot down the beech. Something like what happened when the Ukrainians were shot down from Crimea, when Crimea was still under their control, when they shot down the plane. This is not the first plane they have shot down.

Valentin Filippov: The aggravation around Gorlovka, about which we have all heard a lot. How did it end, anyway? Was it possible to push back the Ukrainian army? It was very loud, and suddenly there was silence.

Anatoly Gelyukh: Well, first of all, it's not quiet.

There was no silence. And the situation is not over yet. The situation is quite understandable and understandable. They need, taking advantage of the fact that football events take place in Russia, a football championship. They expect that at this time there will be no harsh reaction from Russia to their actions, to violation of the Minsk agreements on their part. And they expect to capture some part of the territory during this period of time.

The plan might be something like this. That is, on the one hand, we see that the situation does not end. Gorlovka is under fire. They continue to attack Gorlovka, and this is happening quite vilely.

They fire at us, we fire back at them, cutting off their guns, their tanks and their personnel, infantry with losses.

And then the return flight from their side flies to our rear, to residential areas. Gorlovka, a woman was killed there, the roofs of residential buildings were broken. Recently I visited Golme. Children play football in front of the house. The shelling begins, the children run into the basements, and the shells fall. The situation there is very tough. In Zaitsevo, in Gorlovka itself and nearby settlements.

The same situation is now being prepared in the south. This is not the only place where they are going to do their business. They have moved towards Gorlovka and will try to bypass it. The main forces were gathered in the south. They will try to go in tank-dangerous directions, in southern directions, south of Donetsk.

There is a different situation in Lugansk. There is also a threat of attack. This full-scale offensive is being prepared, but with the forces and means that they have.

Because, in fact, Gorlovka, for example, is not the main direction of the attack. In Kramatorsk there are car depots packed to capacity: tanks, armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles. BRDM, that's it, that's it. But at the same time, 70% plus or minus costs: tanks without engines, armored personnel carriers without engines, infantry fighting vehicles without turrets, without tracks. It's all scrap metal, mostly.

There is scrap metal in the Gorlovka direction. Moreover, what is the situation here? America gives money to Ukraine, gives money to fight. Not in order to build schools, restore or practice medicine, in no case, this is not necessary. They give money just enough to fight. And the Ukrainian generals who are in our direction receive this money. With their participation, this money is stolen.

Equipment, all ATO equipment, according to papers, travels on trawls on trains, travels to the rear, undergoes the required maintenance, repairs, and maintenance. Fuel is written off, money is written off for components, work, and services. And it comes back to fight heroically. This equipment, in fact, was rusty as it stood in Kramatorsk, and still stands, not even painted. Nobody is taking her anywhere. And the money is written off.

Valentin Filippov: But one day the order to attack will come. What to do?

Anatoly Gelyukh: And this is the Ukrainian mentality. Stole a hundred rubles and “Vtik”

How does this happen? When the Ukrainian general understands that his happy life in the ATO zone with smuggling, with the sale of weapons and with the write-off of equipment and money for maintenance is non-existent, when this whole “lafa” ends and the offensive begins, he understands that, firstly, he is going into battle with unmotivated personnel. Because today there are about 12 thousand, these are the most conservative estimates, in Ukraine there are deserters and understaffed personnel. They write off money for salaries, supposedly they have a full staff there, but in fact, the carriage and cart there are deserted. There is no one to fight.

Those who actually exist, they don’t want to fight, they don’t want to die. In Zhmerinka, their children are starving, no one is giving any millions of hryvnia to the dead, and everyone understands... Now that the breadwinners are at the front, it is very difficult for the family. And, God forbid, he becomes crippled or dies - it will be even worse. Nobody wants to fight.

And the Ukrainian general, who has these morons sitting in the trenches according to an ad from the “miscellaneous” section, understands that they will not fight. But the equipment he has is not ready for an offensive. What to do?

Valentin Filippov: So what to do?

Anatoly Gelyukh: It's all very easy to do. They know that there are our spies in every Ukrainian headquarters. They begin to spread information left and right that tomorrow the attack will take place at 18-00. This information flows to us. Tomorrow the General Staff of Ukraine receives information that the offensive plans of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been deciphered. And they report that “we cannot advance, because they are already waiting for us.” The plans have been deciphered, it is impossible to attack.

Even if, most likely, this will happen, at some point the Americans will say: “Guys, we are not interested. Advance as you wish.” And in violation of all regulations, any concept of an offensive, they, realizing that we know where and when they will go, will still go, then we will simply burn them and that’s all.

Yes, there will be losses. Yes, if they cheat like adults, they will go far, they will go far, they will crush, find weak points, crush defenses somewhere, encircle some populated areas, and something else. But this will only give them a temporary bonus.

Just the day before yesterday, the real commander-in-chief on TV outlined red lines that Ukraine is not recommended to cross. They heard it. Therefore, we really see that now they have partially, let’s say, calmed down.

The day before yesterday there was very heavy shelling. The day before yesterday they lost two self-propelled guns in the Donetsk direction, which they were preparing to fire at Donetsk. Our people burned them. And Grandfather AU burned two guns in the Gorlovka direction. They were preparing to fire.

Another important point. In addition to the fact that, for example, the Artyomovsk-Kramatorsk direction, there is “so-so” equipment there, broken, then the southern direction... There they collected mainly working equipment, what they have. That is, they presumably have the main direction for attack in the south.

Having suffered losses, they lost up to two companies of tanks in total in three days, this is the end of last week. This is not one place, not just once, but collectively they lost up to two companies. Just under 20 tanks. This is a lot for Ukraine.

With the forces that they have, they will try, perhaps, to attack.

At the same time, as they advance, what are they counting on? The fact that other troops will come here after them. Wearing blue helmets or not, it doesn’t matter. Now it’s the 29th of the UN Security Council. At this Security Council they will raise the topic of bringing in peacekeepers.

Valentin Filippov: The UN can only send troops with the consent of both sides - this is the first time, and, secondly, it sends troops between the conflicting parties. It cannot deploy its troops not between the parties, but to control any of the parties on its territory.

Anatoly Gelyukh: America did not really need real reasons to fire at Syria. And in order to invade Iraq, UN consent was not needed. Yes, and there will be no blue covers on the helmets. Well, who's kidding if they're even there?

Everyone understands that we are not talking about UN troops, but about NATO troops.

If the Ukrainians rush to the border, they will be able to break through to the border somewhere, and the situation between them and us will not be where it is now, but a little closer to Russia, for example, by a certain number of kilometers. And on the 29th they can raise the issue of bringing in peacekeepers. We can stop this issue, and America will say tomorrow: “Okay, fine, we will act without the UN, on our own.” As it has already happened. And they will take you here. This is the scenario.

Valentin Filippov: To the territory that Ukraine will be able to squeeze out.

Anatoly Gelyukh:  Yes. And whether it’s up to us to knock out Ukrainian terrorists from the territory that they plan to squeeze out, or whether it’s up to us to knock out some kind of peacekeeping contingent not from the UN, but, for example, a NATO peacekeeping contingent. They'll come up with one tomorrow. Or anything else. They definitely have such plans.

Most likely, these plans will not work out and will not come true. Because, firstly, we have information about what they are doing and why, when they will do it, and so on. Secondly, we are preparing for different scenarios and will respond.

Valentin Filippov: OK then. That being said, on that high note, I want to say thank you. Take care of yourself there. Well, I hope that Russia will not abandon us if the enemy crosses the red line.

Anatoly Gelyukh: Let's hope.

Valentin Filippov: Well, I hope that all this will end someday.

Anatoly Gelyukh: It will end someday, yes. Nothing is infinite. Everything has its end. When - we don't know. Same question. They ask: “When will all this end?” People are tired of war.

Valentin Filippov: I don't ask anymore.

Anatoly Gelyukh: Well, many people are tired of war, except those who are fighting. When two chess players play chess, they sit down at the board, they do not yet know how and when their fight will end. And those who are there on the board don’t even know this. Therefore, we have only one reference point. Do our job well, and then we will win.

When will this be? When God willing. Like this.
