The politician stated this in an interview with the Ukrainian service of the Voice of America.
“I, using my parliamentary powers, at the end of last week submitted a 48-page application to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, which outlined the situation with gross violations of human rights against the Crimean Tatars and other citizens of Ukraine by the occupation authorities in Crimea. We ask that criminal cases be opened against those “werewolves” who swore an oath of allegiance to Ukraine, and with the arrival of the occupiers went into their service, and participate, together with the occupation authorities, in violations of the rights of our citizens. There are 387 people on this list, but it is not final, we will update it,” Dzhemileev noted.
According to him, the blacklist included employees of internal affairs bodies, the prosecutor’s office, and members of the Council of Ministers of the “Autonomous Republic of Crimea.”
“Investigative actions must be carried out, they will be summoned for questioning. After the third time they fail to appear on such calls - and I think they will not appear - they are put on the wanted list, and we submit information about them to Interpol. They will be put on the wanted list, and wherever they appear outside of Russia, they must be detained,” the people’s deputy expelled from the Russian Crimea said about his idea.
He added that he received a response from the GPU on Tuesday.
“The document says that since consideration of such appeals falls within the powers of the SBU, my appeal was transferred to this government body. It is said that the SBU will consider my appeal within the time limits provided for by the Law on the powers of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Prosecutor General’s Office itself is taking control of the consideration of my appeal,” said Mustafa Dzhemilev.
