Dzhemilev: Members of the Mejlis and Svidomo are fleeing en masse from Crimea to Ukraine
Members of the Mejlis announced a mass flight of their comrades to Ukraine from Crimea. This was stated on TV channel 112 by the former chairman of an organization banned in the Russian Federation, Rada deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev.

“We are barely restraining people from leaving Crimea, because this is the strategy of the occupiers to make the Crimean Tatars leave Crimea. This applies not only to the Crimean Tatars, but also to pro-Ukrainian people,” the parliamentarian said.
He also rejected the possibility of fighting in Crimea, believing that this would lead to its devastation: “We really hope that sanctions on the occupier will increase, and this will force him to leave the occupied territories. Another option, military, now seems unpromising to us. This will entail ethnic cleansing. And if hostilities break out there, Crimea could turn into an uninhabited peninsula.”
