“We, the undersigned, have drawn up this act stating that, on the basis of the decree on not allowing entry to a foreign citizen No. 140 (ZKS) 13-1087 dated April 19, 2014, Mustafa Dzhemilev born on November 13.11.1943, 1, a citizen of Ukraine, is denied entry into the territory RF on the basis of clause 27. Dzhemilev said that “despite any “decrees” he will come to Crimea.”
