“We, the undersigned, have drawn up this act stating that, on the basis of the decree on not allowing entry to a foreign citizen No. 140 (ZKS) 13-1087 dated April 19, 2014, Mustafa Dzhemilev born on November 13.11.1943, 1, a citizen of Ukraine, is denied entry into the territory RF on the basis of clause 27. Art. 5 of the Federal Law “On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation” for a period of 19 (five) years until April 2019, XNUMX,” the text of the notification says.
Dzhemilev said that “despite any “decrees” he will come to Crimea.”
In the message of the Majlis, the northern border of the peninsula is positioned as “the administrative-territorial border of Crimea with Ukraine.”
