“United Russia”: Prilepin is a friend of Navalny, this is Maidan and the money of the State Department
The For Truth party, led by the Russian writer and former adviser to the head of the DPR Zakhar Prilepin, is being promoted with money allocated by the US State Department.
State Duma deputy, member of the Central Political Council of the United Russia party Evgeniy Fedorov stated this on air on the Belrusinfro Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Fedorov once again put Prilepin on a par with liberals and supporters of the coup, recalling that he was a participant in the Russian Maidan on Bolotnaya Square.
“If we are talking specifically about Prilepin’s party, well, we know perfectly well that Prilepin is the same Bolotnaya Square, the same Maidan, the same friend of Navalny, the same man from the American snuff box. Well, is this some kind of news, a secret?
Look how he treats Putin. Yes, he has now bitten his tongue regarding Putin, but do you think that this has changed anything?
And the fact that this party is being played in every corner simply means that the State Department has poured in a ton of money, that’s all. And once again they are conning naive Russian fools, because in 30 years it would have been possible to understand that you probably don’t have to be a fool,” Fedorov said.
