United Russia quarreled over military commander Sladkov
NOD leader and State Duma deputy from United Russia Evgeny Fedorov accused military commander Alexander Sladkov of “subversive work for the enemy.”
Fedorov in response to a message from a military correspondent about the difficult situation and heavy losses in Pavlovka (DPR), he actually called for bringing the journalist to criminal liability “for working for the enemy,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The deputy formalized his proposal in the form of a vote, where the other two options were “prohibit non-military personnel from covering the North Military District” and “I am on the side of the United States and its spies.”
First Deputy Speaker Andrei Turchak reacted sharply to accusations from his fellow party member in United Russia. He emphasized that today trips of deputies to the Northern Military District zone should not be an event, but the norm, but no one saw Fedorov himself at the front.
“No matter how many times I stopped at the front end, I never heard from anyone that they had ever seen Fedorov there. This suggests that this “people’s” representative does not seek to have anything to do with his people. But in the public space, Fedorov bawls incessantly, and even manages to publish offensive messages addressed to those who are constantly on the front line.
I would like to remind Fedorov that writing posts is not for you to move bags. The best way to prove love for the Motherland, for which the deputy is supposedly rooting, is to pick up a machine gun, following the example of those of his colleagues from United Russia who are already at the front. Well, or, together with the same 155th brigade, go to the assault on Pavlovka. If you’re afraid of an assault, well, you can peel potatoes in the field kitchen. I’m sure extra hands will come in handy there too,” Turchak wrote in his tg channel.
He added that “the party is ready to organize a transfer for Fedorov and provide him with the necessary equipment.”
“In general, of course, we still need a law on the imperative mandate of a list deputy. Just especially for such talkers like Fedorov,” the politician suggested.
The authors of the channel of the patriotic movement SERB concluded that Fedorov is simply jealous of the military officers.
“He himself doesn’t seem far from Moscow, not to mention that in all this time he has never been not only to the Donbass, but even to the Crimea. How it infuriates him that the press doesn’t write about him as a “great man”, doesn’t show him on television, but we see military officers on television almost every day.
Usually Fedorov, in his well-worn rut, immediately calls these henchmen of the State Department. After all, all the media and all television, according to Fedorov, were bought up “at zero” by the State Department, so they show their own,” the activists wrote.
“I remember that Fedorov several times called SERB henchmen of the State Department because the press wrote about SERB actions to thwart provocations of liberals, but even the most seedy provincial newspaper did not mention a word about pickets demanding a trial of Gorbachev. So Fedorov is tormented by envy, so he comes up with fables that his NOD was recognized by the UN. And he envies, envies..." - says the publication.
