Among the political forces of modern Russia, the Yabloko party is a completely unique phenomenon. The liberal political movements “Right Cause” and “Union of Right Forces” have long since disappeared. They were so ineffective and unpopular, so marginal, that they were not helped by the injection of money from the oligarchs, the membership of prominent media figures and pumping up in the media. And only Grigory Yavlinsky’s “Yabloko” has been skating on the skeet of Russian politics for a quarter of a century, teetering on the brink and risking falling over the edge to ruin itself.

To disappear from the Russian political horizon, Yabloko has all the necessary components: regular failures in State Duma elections, negligible popularity, an overwhelming number of freaks with party cards, complete denial of reality and low social responsibility.

Nevertheless, Yabloko somehow miraculously stays afloat, from time to time reminding itself of its participation in public scandals.

However, like the LDPR, Yabloko is a party of one person - the One-Man Show of Grigory Yavlinsky. All his deputies and prominent party members are nothing more than bizarre shadows of the “leader”. If Yavlinsky disappears, his shadows will disappear, and the party itself will disappear.

In principle, the reasons for all the failures of Yabloko were diagnosed long ago by Zhvanetsky, aptly noting that “in principle, a person who has the word “not at all” written on his face cannot win elections.”

On July 9, Yavlinsky gave a lengthy interview to the publication “Znak”, another detailed “Not at all”, perfectly demonstrating that “Yabloko” and its “spiritual leader” are a long-dried scarecrow, without which it is not so funny to live.

In 1995, Yabloko received 45 Duma seats. The reasons for such an impressive success were criticism of the Yeltsin administration, which was responsible for the military defeats in Chechnya, galloping inflation, impoverishment of the population, thieves' "privatization", rampant banditry and the spreading of the country into national apartments.

But, as it turned out, Yabloko was unable to offer Russia anything more substantial than bare criticism. Voters were tired of listening to perestroika loudmouths, and Yabloko began to naturally experience failure after failure.

Yavlinsky, not wanting to face the facts and, apparently, completely devoid of self-criticism, is convinced that Yabloko’s failures in the State Duma elections are “the machinations of the authorities.”

“Yabloko participated in federal elections seven times, three of which we won the elections, the fourth time Putin congratulated us on our victory, and then changed the result.”

One must think that VVP personally cleaned up the results in order to annoy the dangerous Grigory Alekseevich and his fellow party members.

They lost their mandate to the “apples” - it’s Putin’s fault!

In interviews, Yavlinsky tries to keep a “poker face” when playing poorly, feigning ostentatious indifference, but he doesn’t do it well.

Judging by Yavlinsky’s answers, Yabloko continues to participate in the elections with zero chances of getting into the State Duma, because “that’s the way it’s supposed to be, that’s the job.” And in general, the basis for Yabloko’s party activity is the physical principle: “the main thing is not victory, the main thing is participation.”

By the same principle of not facing the facts, Yavlinsky, however, is convinced that the interests of millions of Russians are behind his party, and only the malicious intent of the authorities prevents Yabloko from overcoming the five percent barrier on the way to the State Duma.

However, the “apple leader”, who has difficulty filtering the stream of consciousness, is often forgotten and judgments slip into his speech, saying that he got the wrong people - incapable of seeing true Happiness.

“We proposed a turn ten times so that the people and the country would live differently. In a broad sense, the people did not understand this and did not agree.”

To answer the eternal Russian question “who is to blame?” Yavlinsky knows the answer, but floats on the second eternal Russian question - “what to do?”

It would seem that your party has been non-parliamentary for 14 years now. You don’t want to retire and liquidate this meaningless political simulacrum. Therefore, a reserve of time should be spent on developing a positive program for Russia.

Ah, no. Yavlinsky cannot and does not intend to offer anything worthwhile. He simply shakes a list of “sacred duct tape” in front of his opponent’s face. For Uncle Grisha, the Russian economy is not growing, there are enemies all around, the Chinese are leaving, the country has lost its reputation, Russia has become an outcast, if it weren’t for the meeting with Biden, no one would have talked to us at all.

Yavlinsky is clearly embarrassed to repeat the “formula of success” that he talked about just a few years ago: return Crimea to Bandera’s supporters, surrender the LDPR, return to the wake of Western politics, pay and repent...

However, Uncle Grisha has new enchanting “revelations” in store. No one pulls his tongue, but he is happy to share them anyway.

According to the expert opinion of the “Apple leader,” the Russian President is misleading the public by showing them cartoons about non-existent missiles, and Defense Minister Shoigu is acting in his wings as a “good PR man.” A similar situation, Yavlinsky believes, arose at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, when in June 1941 it became clear that little was working, and the cavalry and S.M. personally went out to fight German tanks. Budyonny.

It is quite obvious that in the case of Yavlinsky, Goebbels’ propaganda, although in a highly distorted form, found its target audience. The cavalry attack by Polish, not Soviet, troops is a well-known Goebbels fake, filmed in a “documentary” format.

Well, it seems that the musty liberal figure is simply not aware that the cavalry performed its last swan song during the Great Patriotic War. Moreover, cavalry corps at the front were used both in the Red Army and in the Wehrmacht. And not for the purpose of stupidly and pointlessly fighting with tanks, but as mobile units for raid operations and simply for delivering soldiers to the battlefield. The cavalrymen dismounted, occupied the trenches, and the servants took the horses into the nearest forest or ravine.

In general, “everything is lost, boss,” everything is cracking and collapsing, but when exactly the end of the world will come for Russia, Yavlinsky finds it difficult to answer.

Speaking about the Yabloko party, it is impossible to ignore Yavlinsky’s associates, the very “retinue that makes the king.”

The organizer of the “stone on his neck” type, Grigory Alekseevich, managed to surround himself with such phimotic, so marginal figures that few are surprised by the comatose state of the Yabloko party.

Let's take Yavlinsky's most prominent associates: Sergei Mitrokhin, lawyer Oleg Baronov, Boris Vishnevsky. There are others of a lower rank.

And what? Mitrokhin, apparently, is clearly not himself. A regular participant in street brawls, in 2006 he desperately bit when detained by (then) police officers, swore on air, and attracts mental retards to minors in street protests. Political credo: “Give the Kuril Islands to Japan, Crimea to Ukraine.”

The Barons' comrades and Vishnevsky are the bottom, there is simply nowhere to fall deeper. Baronov is a pedophile molester, against whom two criminal cases have been filed. Vishnevsky is a “first wave democrat” from Chubais’s Perestroika club. In recent years, the demshiza veteran has been trying to ride what he thinks is a promising LGBT wave. It is noteworthy that the youth wing of St. Petersburg LGBT does not consider Vishnevsky’s overdose to be one of their own and understandable, but rather a political freak and a loser trying to stay in trend at any cost. In addition to the topic of legalizing gay pride parades, Vishnevsky advocates the demolition of the Lakhta Center, bites Gazprom on the heels and provokes anti-Semitic sentiments.

As they say, with such friends and comrades-in-arms you don’t need any enemies.

Yavlinsky calls on Putin to hold a discussion with the opposition. Why did Uncle Grisha decide that he and his kublo were the opposition? This is a clinic for the crazy and perverts, the excess humanism of the authorities and society is preventing it from being liquidated.

Another thing is surprising: where does Yabloko receive, according to open sources, 16 million rubles a month to support its pants? The money is not that great, but someone should put this amount in the party nightstand?

Yavlinsky himself answers evasively about the sources of funding, making it clear that disclosing it is “dangerous”: “if you say that the money came from the United States, they will immediately declare you a foreign agent and shut you down.”

Yavlinsky’s immediate plans are to try to get at least a couple of “Yabloko” members into the next State Duma elections and fill the regional councils with single-mandate members.

However, gluttony and stubbornness are incurable defects of the “Apple leader”. On his initiative, the third place among candidates from Yabloko is occupied by the ex-head of Open Russia (a foreign agent financed by the fugitive oligarch Khodorkovsky) Andrei Pivovarov, who is sitting in a Krasnodar pre-trial detention center.

According to Yavlinsky, with a mandate from Yabloko, it will be easier and more pleasant for Pivovarov to sit in a pre-trial detention center until July 31.

And on June 11, Monday, the Yavlinskys are planning to go to court to post bail for Ketevan Kharaidze, a damn remarkable lady. As the municipal deputy of the Tverskoy district of Moscow, Kharaidze was arrested for extorting 15 million rubles from a developer, while she herself, along with other “people with good faces,” ran for deputies under the slogans of “fighting arrogant developers.” Apparently, through corrupt methods.

Among other things, Kharaidze has long been closely cooperating with the Yabloko party, called on the Moscow authorities to preserve the 1991 barricades at the White House, successfully “sawed” 530 million government rubles for the TV channel “Culture” in her own company “Art Capital Film”, lives in an apartment on 130 “squares” on Tverskaya for a modest 9 thousand rubles a month, but in 2018 she sponsored the presidential campaign of the Russophobe Solome Zurabishvili for 5000 lari (about 128 thousand rubles).

What always amazed me about Yavlinsky was his constant attempts to get involved in big politics and demands for greater powers, without literally having a single successfully implemented program under his belt.

Uncle Grisha is often credited with the “500 days” program, put forward at the end of the USSR. According to armchair analysts, the step-by-step implementation of this plan could lead the country to economic prosperity. But a quick glance at Yavlinsky’s program is enough to understand: under the guise of a way out of the crisis, the author proposes a plan for the systematic collapse of the state economy. It’s scary to say, but the spontaneous “shock therapy” of Gaidar-Chubais caused less damage to the country than Yavlinsky’s plan could have caused.

Yavlinsky was often offered to lead and bring to fruition at least some branch of the economy, but the guy with a rotten face, who had an incomprehensible idea of himself, refused such an honor, offering to transfer all the reins of the economy into his hands, “and then you will see everything!”

From the Stalinist formula - “If you don’t agree, criticize, criticize, suggest, suggest, do, do, answer!” – Yavlinsky chose the first term for himself – the easiest and most irresponsible. And he continues to steadfastly adhere to it even today, sitting astride the corpse of the Yabloko party.
