Economists are already pointing fingers at Yatsenyuk: Muscovites are to blame again (VIDEO)
Kyiv, December 20 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Ukrainian economists do not agree with Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who stated that the collapse of the ruble in Russia creates problems for the Ukrainian economy.
This opinion, in particular, was expressed by the President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center, Alexander Okhrimenko, in a conversation with a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I understand if we traded in rubles, but we use the dollar,” the economist emphasized. – Our dollar is our problem, but Russia has its own problems. By and large, today we should not be interested in what the exchange rate is in Russia. There is no relationship between the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine and Russia. And the prime minister simply could not say that the increase in demand for currency was caused by errors in the work of the NBU and the Cabinet of Ministers. Therefore, it was necessary to come up with the idea that Russia was to blame.”
Let us recall that Arseniy Yatsenyuk spoke about the impact of the ruble collapse on the Ukrainian economy after his return from Brussels.
“The fact that there is a financial catastrophe in Russia today, when the euro exchange rate has reached 100 Russian rubles, will also have an objective impact on the Ukrainian economy,” the Ukrainian prime minister said then. “Therefore, Russia creates not only military problems for us, but, as always, also economic problems.”
