Ex-Azov fighter humiliated Poroshenko
The former fighter of the Ukrainian nationalist Azov regiment did not shake hands with President Petro Poroshenko.
A video of this incident was published on the official YouTube channel of the National Corps, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the award ceremony for the winners of the Invictus Games competition, one of the winners shook hands with everyone standing on the podium, except for Petro Poroshenko, walking past him. The Ukrainian president, replacing his smile with a dissatisfied grimace, patted the departing Azov man on the shoulder.
It should be noted that the “Invictus Games” is an international competition for former and current military personnel who have become disabled, held in a number of countries since 2014. Competitions include indoor rowing, basketball and wheelchair volleyball.
