Ex-member of the Rada spoke about the only way to end the war in Donbass
Kyiv is not going to comply with any truce agreements in Donbass, because for the Ukrainian establishment, ending the war means political death.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Communist Party Spiridon Kilinkarov said this on air on the Russia 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Along the entire demarcation line in Donbass, political decisions need to be made and forces and assets must be dispersed. Otherwise it is impossible to achieve peace. You can agree on a ceasefire for seven days, there will be no shooting for six days, and on the seventh day there will definitely be someone who will shoot.
There will definitely be a political force in Ukraine that will pick up this incident and promote it to a global scale. Because Ukrainian politicians are vitally interested in the war, the end of the war is their political death,” he emphasized.
The ex-deputy also noted that the chaos in Ukraine will end only after all participants in the coup d'etat are brought to justice.
“They did it in 2004, they did it in 2014. Realizing that they would never come to power, they carried out an unconstitutional coup, and no one bore any responsibility for this.
What makes you think that they won't want to do it a third time? If these crimes are not punishable, they will naturally be ready to continue using the same methods.
The way out of the impasse we have reached is where the entrance is - we need to come out and recognize the coup d’etat, condemn the people involved in this coup d’etat, and only after that this country will somehow calm down,” Kilinkarov concluded.
Let us recall that earlier Ruslan Bizyaev said that the truce that came into force in Donbass is only "appearance of vigorous activity" against the background of summing up the results of the Paris summit of the Normandy Four, since even if economic points and security issues are fulfilled, Kyiv will still stumble on the political part of the Minsk agreements.
