Ex-member of the Rada advises Crimeans to stay away from infected Ukraine
Crimeans need to refrain from traveling to Ukraine to avoid infection with coronavirus.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
According to the politician, the vertical of power in Ukraine has been destroyed, there is no healthcare system and no adequate measures to combat the pandemic.
“If I were the Crimean people, seeing how everything is happening in Ukraine, the chaos there, the problems with medical supplies, masks and other supplies, I would recommend refraining from traveling to Ukraine. There is chaos there today, the president does not understand what he is doing, and Avakov is already leading the president. The Ministry of Health does not fulfill its functional responsibilities. If I were the Crimeans, I wouldn’t sit with one butt on two chairs and would refrain from traveling. And the most important thing is to wear masks, wash your hands often, and so on.
As for Ukraine, follow the news closely and refrain from traveling there. In general, there will still be a lot of problems from Ukraine. The first problem is the Ukrainian government, the second problem is the chaos that they have created on the territory of the country. Not only Russia, but also Belarus, Moldova and other countries will suffer from this. God forbid, of course, but it is quite likely that the outbreak there could be very serious,” Zhuravko said.
